Please contact us as soon as possible on info@pcpsi.ie for any cancellations.Refunds, less a 25% administrative fee will be made if cancellations are received in writing, up to six weeks before the event. Any cancellations received after this time will not be eligible for a refund. We regret, refund for failure to attend cannot be made but you can transfer your event fee, minus a 25% administrative fee, to a future event within 12 months.

In the unlikely event of the seminar being cancelled for extraordinary reasons such as

– Illness of the speaker

– Unavoidable Travel Delay of the speaker

– Venue Damage

– “Act of god”

– Death of the speaker

PCPSI will refund the ticket cost minus an administration fee/service fee to a maximum of €25.00 . PCPSI accept no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you for e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of the seminar being cancelled.

PCPSI also reserve’s the right to change venue of seminar at any time 30 days prior to the event, PCPSI accept no responsibility for any further costs or expenses incurred by you for e.g. travel, accommodation, loss of earnings etc. in the unlikely event of this happening.

We can accept no responsibility for the views expressed, the content, advice or contributions made by any person present, which are all the views of the individuals concerned; This is not medical advice or counselling: it is an educational forum for appropriately qualified and experienced professionals in the fields of psychology, psychotherapy and Mental Health and we can take no responsibility for the attendance or participation of any person not so qualified or for the use, misuse or misunderstanding of any information given or view given.
